No warranty, phones refurbished using non genuine part
Got the phone from them last Christmas. Charging socket got broken after 9 months. Was offered a repair. Sent them my phone and got it back in 3 week time with socket still broken, screen smashed and chips in the alloy frame. When tried to contact their customer service I was told this was a state in which they received my handset, but they couldn't tell me why they didn't contact me rather than sending my phone back. More to that story is that I went to the local repair shop where socket and screen was fixed. What I was told is that when phone was refurbished, a cheap, no genuine chineese replacement parts were used. Be careful when you buying a refurbished "as new" phone from them, because what you will get is not fully genuine phone.
