Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

The phone which was sent was defective and the βfree AirPodsβ never arrived. Many calls to customer service but no help at all. As for your reply to this review nothing has yet been sorted and no air pods received, and as you state the line got disconnected due to the phone being defective I would not use your company again And so the saga continues I have now had an email saying the warehouse has confirmed that the air pods were sent, so apart from bad customer service I am now a liar as well !!! Finally got a call from the company and 2 mins into the call the line cut out AGAIN because itβs a defective phone You literally could not make this up !!!!!!!!! No air pods for my daughter for Christmas then which was assured to arrive before Christmas?

My phone was delivered to the wrong address. When it was recovered and redelivered the phone wasn't in the package. When you sent a replacement I couldn't migrate my number as the original sim was stolen with the phone, it's still not working properly, I can only make calls but not receive any. I don't seem to be able to get any help from mobile phones direct or O2, I feel like I'm going round in circles. So I have a phone that nobody can get hold of me on, this is a big problem as my wife has terminal cancer and needs be able to contact me at all times. I've had to buy a temporary sim to get me over this problem.
