The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

There are times I don't have service. There are also times I don't get voice mail immediately. It could be the next day when I received the voicemail.

For the most part my experience has…

For the most part my experience has been great however there are times when I need the service I can’t get into the internet or my msgs fail to send. I don’t know it it is the location time of day or the service to be honest but it was concerning as I was trying to reach family members while we were in a large amusement park and could not and in another I was trying to calm a upset toddler but couldn’t get service. Other than that I’m enjoying my experience so far.

No available customer support by phone

I've been with Mint for about two years, and have to say their coverage gradually improved but their customer service has not. I have to talk to a human being once. The best you can hope for is to get the chatbot to transfer you to an operator. I lost my phone on December 7 and paid for a replacement SIM on December 8. On December 16 I finally got a human on the chat to ask for a tracking number and they confirmed that my SIM had never been sent out to me, that the order had be canceled for some reason. I asked for confirmation that they were sending one out, and they said their team would reach out to me within four hours. Nothing. I get back on the chat and get the chatbot to transfer me to an operator. They apologize and tell me it was sent out that day and that a tracking number will be created within 24 hours. Still, nothing on December 18. You pay less because they're not paying anyone to support you if something goes wrong. So, if you like no customer support and no options for getting your phone replaced in a reasonable time frame if lost or stolen, think about your options.

Honest Advice

For years I did not have any bad experience. But be careful when you want to leave them. I paid them in full for a whole year. I only used nine months and they still owe me three months and they refused to refund me. We work HARD for our money so be careful.

Please don't USE THIS Trash company

Please don't USE THIS Trash company, their customer service is suck, i talked to a customer service who is Jim, he keeps playing game with me put me on hold for 1 hour for to get my account number, and afer that he hand up the phone. FK TRASH COMPANY AND SERVICE!

Don't use mint, use verizon

The service is horrible I sound like a robot to everyone on the other end of the phone and my side I can't even hear a word they say. No matter where I go it never changes, worst phone plan I've ever had.
