The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

Bait and Switch…

Requested & received a referral link so as my partner could join Mint Mobile. She accessed the link set up & activated a new account. Mint Mobile is now saying she did not use the link. She did. So basically they are saying I'm lying. It's only a few bucks for the referral, but the fact they are lying about this totally pisses me off. I would not recommend Mint Mobile as they are not a company that stands behind their advertising. Both our accounts expire in March. We will both be looking for a more honest provider. *After seeing the generic reply from Mint Mobile I will add that I called the above number twice prior to writing the review to be told that I didn't use the link they provided, I did, & that there was nothing they could do. Dreadful customer service from Mint Mobile. Come March/April both my partner & myself will be looking for a new provider

I switched to Mint Mobile about 9…

I switched to Mint Mobile about 9 months ago. Switching was a nightmare, and I had to buy a new phone, after Mint Mobile could not get my Galaxy A23 transfered. That meant I had no service for two weeks. Once switched, service was fine until Hurricane Helene, then no service for 1.5 weeks... but that was true for all providers in this area. Yesterday, I suddenly had no service again. I tried logging in but since I could not remember the password, they sent an verification code to my phone, which has no service. The person on their help line, after wasting my time going through each installation step ( useless since the phone has been in service for 9 months), finally checked and told me my SIM card had been " purged". They then charged me $10.00 shipping to send a new SIM card, which will come in a week, so again, no service for the week leading up to Christmas, when shipping becomes unreliable. I highly do not recommend.

Well I guess you get what you pay…

Well I guess you get what you pay for...my internet connection is horrible it says 5G but I had 3G phones that were faster. Calls and messages are fine but can't play games lags too much. After the three months I'm gone.

The service works well

The service works well. I've had no issues with the phone service functionality. It works fine. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is because I've never been able to use the chat feature. No one ever responses. I've tried several times but I just sit there and wait and wait and nothing. They simply never respond to the chat. I did have some questions I wanted to ask but I just wasn't able to do that. But as I said the service works fine, I just don't like not being able to chat with anyone when I need to.

It's nice to pay such a small amount…

It's nice to pay such a small amount for pretty decent service. Better than I was paying for T-Mobile and I'm still getting their service since they bought mint. Haven't experienced lack of service or interruptions. Will definitely stay with this unless T-Mobile tries to increase the rates!
