The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

I love that my bill is not ridiculous and get great cellphone service. I'm so glad I said good bye to Verizon and hello to mint. Thanks for providing people much better cellphone plans at a great price. I switched my family to mint and we're loving it.

Customer service employees have no idea about your plans and were basically useless keeping me on the phone and not resolving any of my problems SO SORRY I SWITCHED OVER TO MINT MOBILE was with my former cell phone company 12 years and they were always spot on when dealing with any of my problems. Get some employees who know what they are talking about instead of being condensending.

Mint Mobile has been great to me whether it’s the 5gb plan or the unnecessary plan, it works great, it does lag sometimes and sometimes it takes FOREVER to load things, but it’s worth because I have saved money on my phone bill and that is my main priority right now over having a way better connection so Mint Mobile, perfect you guys just miss the star for making my girlfriend mad because max takes forever to load
