When we started with Mint it was very difficult and time consuming for my son Jaret to get his line set up. He still has very poor connection and can't receive texts. We talked to several customer service representatives that each gave us a different answer to what the problem could be. Maybe my own fault but I thought it was going to be $15/line, but that was only for 3 months. If things don't change with my sons service he will be going with a different provider.
