How dare I do that! Worst company ever.
The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen.
I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it.
Im tired of getting danced around.
I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.
Recommended Mint to a friend who wanted a better plan, he tested it out for 7 days the service was horrible he tried to get refund, and they said no. They claim you have 7 days, but they won't honor it. He is out 50.00. I gave him the money since I felt bad that I recommended. Sent him to US Mobile (where I have my service) and got him fixed up pronto. This is why they have good reviews and Mint does not. Stay away from Mint.

my first payment through twice on my credit card. They won’t refund it. They have basically stolen from me and don’t care. (I was injured when the statement came and could not follow up with credit card for over a month. So I can’t dispute the charge through BofA)
Mint double charged me, that’s plain and simple. But they won’t refund the charge. I spent 2 wasted hours going up the chain of command through 3 people and after waiting on hold over an hour for someone who supposedly could actually resolve mint disconnected my call. I called back, going through the first level again. They say there’s no way they can refund the charge. I can’t cancel my service for a refund because it’s been over 7 days. Actually worse service than the competitors they claim to be so far above. A waste of my time and $. And I’m stuck for a year! Don’t switch to them!
And when customers waste their time trying to deal with customer service, and leave a bad review, Mint responds by asking the reviewer to call customer service! How crazy is that ! ‘oh, our customer service is terrible, so sorry, call customer service about it’.
Their customer service is the most frustrating thing about this phone company. I’ll never renew my contract. It’s insane. They never understand the issue. Then want to do all this trouble shooting that has nothing to do with the issue. It’s maddening.
Why would they respond to this by asking me to call them? I’m complaining about how bad their customer service is so the last thing I want to do is CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is what I’m talking about. They have such cognitive dissonance that their customer service helps people when they do not.
Terrible customer service, they speak to people like they are speaking idiots and they don't know what the are doing, but the customer service person can't even speak English and understand what you are saying to them. Mint mobile serviced is spotty and doesn't work well, and they don't offer new apple phones. Cheap prices for cheap service and dumb customer service personnel.
The ease of service, the quality of service and the price of the service are what makes Mint Mobile the phone service I recommend to all my family and friends.
It is an awesome service. Ironically the only place I have trouble is my home neighborhood. But I live near military training grounds where they jam those signals so...cant really blame mint.
I dodged a bullet by not using Mint mobile. I tried to contact them today and the support phone number disconnected immediately the many times I tried over a 5 hour period. The FoxBot chat offered no help. I went to X and DMed support and that took 3 hours for a reply which didn't answer my question, only wanting me to type about the underlying issue.
I then began reading others' experiences and abandoned moving forward with them as a cell provider.
The price was appealing and that they use the T-Mobile network but I came away understanding that if I were to run into an issue and even a question, I would be regretting the decision to switch.
