The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

I'm not a fan of the prices after your…

I'm not a fan of the prices after your intial sign up and unless you do then the phone and everything you didn't hundred off dollars on becuase pretty much useless, going from unlimited data to 5 is not fun so we will be looking for a different carrier

Love the service

Love the service A suggestion: I used your AI bot when I had trouble with data. The bot was unhelpful. I later figured out that I had my VPN turned on. Once I turned it off, data was fine. You might instruct the bot to ask if the phone has a VPN running.

GOOD SERVICE 🤌

It’s cheap and you don’t have to pay monthly 🙂‍↕️🤌 My one problem would be that occasionally the service will go out for no apparent reason but I think that may just be a problem with my local cell towers

eSIM not working – support keeps sending me in circles

I activated a Mint Mobile eSIM several days ago and ported in my existing number. While my iPhone shows a 5G signal, I have no access to mobile data at all. I’ve contacted Mint support via chat multiple times. Each time I’m told to “chat again” or “call customer service” — but I’m abroad and can’t call. No one has actually checked my eSIM provisioning or port-in status. I need this .resolved urgently and properly. Please help Edit :Thanks for replying, but this is exactly the issue — I’ve already contacted support via chat multiple times and got no real help. I’m abroad and cannot call. I need someone to actually check my account and provisioning. Please escalate this. I’m stuck without data and no one is helping.

Best customer service EVER!

I've had a family plan with Mint Mobile for 3 plus years. I was recently laid off due to my store being closed down. Since i pay for my son and I, there was no way I could pay for our new months. I called the mint customer line and Brian Diaz, the mint customer service rep. helped me out. First, he reworked our three month payments, showing us love for being loyal Mint customers. Second, helping me get through this tough financially period, he gave me a huge discount on the next three months! Very rarely in my years of doing business with ANY company, has there been a company that has gone the extra mile like Mint Mobile did on this day! Thank you so much, Brian Diaz and Mint Mobile! I look forward to remaining a loyal customer for years to come. Oh, Mr. Ryan Reynolds, ;}, LOL!

I get *multiple* (2-3) spam calls on…

I get *multiple* (2-3) spam calls on this service every single day. Half the calls say "likely spam" but Mint won't filter them out. I have to clear my voicemail over and over again - I don't even listen to it anymore. The internet data also drops out multiple times every day, and it's not because of a lack of service coverage (being near broadcast antennae). I already called Mint about this, and they said they will do NOTHING about the spam calls.

Sold me a phone that constantly breaks…

**Updated** Sold me a phone that constantly breaks on its own, won't replace. BS. A05s is a POS that the charger port dies on. CAN'T CHARGE IT. $120 wasted!!! Thanks ***Update*** turns out the A50-s has a software issue that refuses charge at times. Turn the phone off completely and charge. Fixed. Works fine now.

Costs more than the advertise your services costing $15…

You advertise your services costing $15 per month. I don't mind paying the 3 months in advance if it actually cost $15 per month. I called to purchase 3 months which I presumed would cost me $45. I spoke with a rep to make my payment, told him I wanted to make phone calls, text, & a little data as I not only make calls via our wireless internet I also use the wireless for my mobile internet. This cost me $84, so where is the $15 per month???
