Mint charged my credit card X2-won’t refund
Mint my first payment through twice on my credit card. They won’t refund it. They have basically stolen from me and don’t care. (I was injured when the statement came and could not follow up with credit card for over a month. So I can’t dispute the charge through BofA) Mint double charged me, that’s plain and simple. But they won’t refund the charge. I spent 2 wasted hours going up the chain of command through 3 people and after waiting on hold over an hour for someone who supposedly could actually resolve mint disconnected my call. I called back, going through the first level again. They say there’s no way they can refund the charge. I can’t cancel my service for a refund because it’s been over 7 days. Actually worse service than the competitors they claim to be so far above. A waste of my time and $. And I’m stuck for a year! Don’t switch to them! And when customers waste their time trying to deal with customer service, and leave a bad review, Mint responds by asking the reviewer to call customer service! How crazy is that ! ‘oh, our customer service is terrible, so sorry, call customer service about it’.
