eSIM not working – support keeps sending me in circles
I activated a Mint Mobile eSIM several days ago and ported in my existing number. While my iPhone shows a 5G signal, I have no access to mobile data at all. I’ve contacted Mint support via chat multiple times. Each time I’m told to “chat again” or “call customer service” — but I’m abroad and can’t call. No one has actually checked my eSIM provisioning or port-in status. I need this .resolved urgently and properly.
