The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

The price and options for data are great! Anytime I have had an issue I have been able to call Mint and someone has helped me out quickly and efficiently. The app is easy to navigate.

Dropped calls and no Internet sometimes

Up until recently I had zero issues. Recently though I've had lost connection dropped calls poor internet speeds and sometimes no Internet at all.

Good price/quality ratio

Good connection, easy to resolve issues with the app and good price/quality ratio. The only thing to improve is the cost of international packages. Not suitable for someone who travels often.

Customer service hung up on me a total…

Customer service hung up on me a total of 3 times. Did not have Internet data service in Alaska, and was lied to by customer service. They said I didn’t have coverage in Alaska and another service rep said they were having network trouble, which was another lie. Terrible customer service and VERY disappointed in Mint Mobile.

online help sucks

tried to add data and log in website said my phone # wasn't with them. called on line help and he asked if I knew my number told him your website auto filled it he suggested i get a different computer. when ever there is a problem it has to be the customer or their equipment. I know my phone number and my equipment works with the other 85 people i deal with all the time so it must be me. ma consider another carrier

I went to renew my 90-day contract and…

I went to renew my 90-day contract and your team recommended I switch to 15gb instead of unlimited. We I ran out of internet in 18 hours or so. Since it is impossible to talk to anyone at MM I am stuck with this lame plan that does me no good when I'm on the road. Horrible customer service when you can't contact anyone in customer service.
