Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

My experience with Emma Carr (Senior Serious Injury Solicitor) has been great, she was supportive, open & honest along with taking all the time I needed to explain various aspects of my claim to me. Could not be more pleased with her work and support of me for the time she was handling my claim.
Update April 2025 communication has not improved and claim is still not resolved. No response to emails. Lack of communication and very unhelpful. Informed my claim would be closed due to me not contacting them, I had not received any contact calls or emails from them. Asked what they need from me and no response. Asked for proof of what they have sent via email, no response, sent my phone number, no response. Emailed complaints email, no response.
From the start of my call with Tina Davies she put me at ease. Explained the process and was thorough and methodical. Having never been in an accident before she made the process much less daunting and has taken the pressure off me. Thank you!

Minster Law have started acting on my behalf without my consent or instruction to do so for a accident that happened over a year ago, even after a phone call telling them to stop acting on my behalf they continue to do so unlawfully, I will pass this on to the ombudsman and solicitor regulating board as this behaviour is so unprofessional
