Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

A lovely lady called Pam was looking after my claim prior to moving to another department. Pam’s level of expertise was on another level. She was very efficient at responding to my emails and keeping me up-to date with the progress of my claim. If the other staff work to the level of Pam then I would highly recommend using Minster Law for your claim.
