Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Professional and caring call. Shannon H dealt with me in such a compassionate manner. After a stressful week and still suffering from the accident and feeling all confused. Shannon was great to put my mind at ease and dealt with the situation delicately and thoroughly. Not rushed and I felt listened to throughout. Due to me being upset Shannon remained calm and caring to the very end and offered regular breaks from Explanations.
