Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Communication was excellent, from the initial contact when I was still in hospital to the settlement over 18 months later. My paralegal team were thorough & worked hard to gather the evidence & arrange necessary medical appointments.
