Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

My case took three and a half years to be settled, throughout that time I was supported by Minster Law , who were outstanding giving expert advice , always my solicitor that I was allocated was Aisha , always at the end of the phone or replied promptly to my emails, I have to commend herself and Zantia , I highly recommend Minster Law they finally resolved my case and a settlement, which was nice to come to end , I wish you all the very best for the future and thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Massive thanks to Emma Carr, I had a huge motorcycle accident in 2022 resulting in a broken leg and a few other injuries, minster law have looked after me throughout providing me with a case manager, sorting out physiotherapy and makeing sure I've got a fair payout.

Little rocky at the start. All I would advise is have more faith in your client, especially when they have been knocked off a motorcycle by an incompetent driver who didn’t use their mirrors whilst legally filtering. After a year we have come to an agreement and I have won the case. I would like to thank Rachel Brown for listening to my comments and perusing the case and taking into consideration certain aspects of the situation. Great outcome in the end. Still waiting on payment but this was to be paid in 28 days.
Well I have had a terrible time with minster law. Firstly my case handler was appalling at keeping in touch then just disappeared, only when I chased things did somebody then assign themselves to my case, the communication has been equally as bad as the first case handler. There was a period of "not knowing" if we had the court date or not. My case was "lost/ on pause"at court. When it went to court I was told I did not need to attend then I got a message from the barrister who was at court and waiting to meet me? I was told I would find out the ruling on the same date... I didn't. I know my case was successful. I've asked several times how much compensation I am to receive AFTER the fees are deducted to which I still don't know. I'd already settled on a 50 50 split on bad advice from the first case handler. I just want to move on ...oh and as for the app that's not been updated either just like me *****update from minster law on Friday telling me someone from the team would let me know my final figure ....well it's now Tuesday and I'm still none the wiser....more lies
