It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on inferior whiskey barrel…
I purchased the small whiskey barrel recently whilst on a trip to London. I filled the barrel up with Johnny Walker Black Label, and the following morning I was shocked to see how badly the barrel was leaking. The barrel was soaking wet and it was leaking like a sponge. I contacted Menkind and explained the situation, but after not getting any reply from them and having to chase their response they came back to me stating that they would not accept any responsibility simply because I hadn't kept my purchase receipt. I sent them photographs of the leaking barrel and the box clearly showing the issues and the fact that it could only have been one of their products and that it was brand new. Absolutely appalling customer service. Inferior rubbish product. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Overall it's been an horrendous experience from start to finish.
