My issue is that Menkind foolishly…
My issue is that Menkind foolishly entrusted an expensive order that I had placed with them into the hands of Evri - who are renowned for their abysmal service. Needless to say I never received my order. I cannot fault the customer service from Menkind as they attempted to deal with the issue caused by Evri, but it still rankles me that Menkind trusted Evri in the first place. Once it was clear that the parcel had vanished into whatever vortex Evri heave their deliveries into and was unlikely to ever return I was given a prompt refund
