It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

I bought a Viking Beer Horn from…
I bought a Viking Beer Horn from Menkind, in Clarks Shopping Village in Street , Somerset . It was in the "Sale" at £12, reduced from £18 .. I paid £12.20 which included a carrier bag. On the box it says " Holds Approx 1 Litre and includes a Stand. I drove home ( 56 miles away in Salisbury) , unpacked, and to my disgust , it only holds 320 ml, which is approx 1/2 a pint. This is approx 680 ml short of the quoted 1 litre . If I lived nearer, I would take it straight back , but this would cost me around 3 gallons of fuel . Very disappointed.I hope it's a case of the shop not realising that what they're selling is not what it says on the box, but surely, other people must have complained?
