everything was well packed and…
everything was well packed and delivered safely. very pleased with quality of items which are all christmas presents and i am sure will be enjoyed by the recipients. they are not run of the mill items which i like, not something likely to be duplicated.

Extremely poor service
I received the item last week and discovered that both the outer packaging and the inner box were severely damaged, as if they’d been kicked around. I returned the product on Sunday, but as of Wednesday it has not yet arrived in the warehouse, so my replacement has not been dispatched.five days later and still waiting for a replacement to be sent out. Use at your peril.
