Useless

On two occasions male "customer service" advisors gave me incorrect information. One instance caused Occupational Health to have incorrect information and therefore were not able to contact me when my appointment was due. Jeopardising the start date for my new job. On another occasion, a customer service advisor did not introduce themself, was incredibly rude and refused to assist with what I was asking. I had been directed by my employer to contact them so did exactly that. There were no efforts to look into my query, just repeating "employer referrals only, not employee referrals". This is how you start an argument. I hung up before things escalated, but if your employer uses medigold, i wish you well, worst Occupational health assessment company I've encountered within 8 years of working within healthcare.

An absolutely useless company

An absolutely useless company. How have the NHS Pensions used this company to review Pensions under the Cloud Remedy? Because they are most probably very very cheap in cost. I have had to go through the Financial Ombudsman as they are just so ineffective. I have zero trust in this company that they will work out my pension correctly. I would have given no stars or even minus stars in my rating.

Beyond a Joke...

Shocking service. My husband has been waiting to start work for a month now and still counting due to the incompetence of this company. Occupational health doctors have said they can not make a report without further support. We are still waiting, and my husband does not need anything from this company other than a tick in a box. No work place adjustments are needed/wanted or support. We have put in a complaint as we are at an absolute loss on what to do. We have just received a call back... Only it's from the wrong department! Shocking, shocking service 🤬 Update 27/6 and Medigold are yet to respond to any emails/calls and have still not sent off relevant documentation. We are now suffering both mentally and financially. AVOID

My Husband had to deal with these…

My Husband had to deal with these imbeciles, very rude, judgmental, disregard anything he said, they didn't know anything about his job, asking personal questions which were nothing to do with the appointment, who do these people actually think they are? He won't be going alone again. Union rep will be asked to attend in future. Absolute disgrace.

Avoid! Incompetent time wasters

Non responsive to emails, referrals that you have submitted disappear into thin air. I have been trying to get someone through ill health retirement and now we're almost there they suddenly tell me there is an extra charge! It is taking a lot longer than it should and the whole time we wait we are paying for the member of staff to be off work. Appalling customer service, no one seems to know what they're doing. Avoid.

Appalling Service

Where to start? missing appointment information, lack of correspondence, and advising me twenty minutes before a face to face appointment that I had travelled 1 hr 40 minutes to attend, that it was cancelled. 3 hrs twenty minutes travelling for nothing. Appalling service, no idea why my employer chooses to do business with such a poorly rated & incompetent company.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Awful experience from start to finish! If I could leave zero stars I would. AVOID this company at all costs if you want to save your employer time and resources. I'm still waiting for final work clearance after over a year! My first appointment was cancelled whilst sitting in the waiting room after an hours drive to the venue. Bloods were taken and lost with no record of what happened. MediGold moved to a new system losing my vaccination history in the process. I strongly urge employees to pay privately and avoid MediGold completely if you are able to claim your work expenses back. Days Pharmacy have just administered my final vaccine and I cannot express how different this experience was.

This company is: Beyond a JOKE !!!

This company is: 1-Impossible to get hold of no one answer the phone. 2-Fails to call people back 3- Mishandles your personal information 4-One of the biggest con groups going If I could I would give them a negative review, looking at taking legal action against them.

Pointless experience

What a strange experience was a Medigold assessment:( The first time I turned up for an appointment arranged by them, they sent me away because they hadn't got my paperwork. They told me to make another appointment and come back then. No apology, though it was their fault. The second time I did have the assessment during which the doctor didn't seem to be interested in my situation affecting me at work. Instead she made a speech stressing how it would be very difficult for my employer to accommodate my needs because of financial and other constraints. I felt very confused as I thought the assessment was about my health not the health of my employer's business. When I received the report, I had to ask for corrections due to a number of substantial errors of factual evidence that either the doctor had not included or were wrong. Hard not to think the doctor was not listening. I don't see any point of going to this company for an assessment as it has not made the slightest difference to my working life or conditions. I shall continue attending all HR meetings with my union rep.

The worst service experience of my…

The worst service experience of my entire life. This company is supposed to be an occupational health provider but actually all it does is to delay the hiring process by showing total incompetence. I applied for a job in October, it's January and they haven't completed a simple immumisation check yet, while the company for which I'll be working keeps sending me emails about vacancies and asking about when I can start. The staff is completely unhelpful, incompetent, lazy and does absolutely nothing. They never respond to phone calls, they don't organize anything or take their job seriously (I was expecting a letter from them for months and after I managed to contact them after many unsuccessful attempts, it turned out that they didn't even have my address, which of course I had already given them) and their work ethic is completely and absolutely unacceptable and shameful. If you're ever given the choice, stay away! You'll save time, money and conserve your mental energy.

Do NOT use this place for a medical if…

Do NOT use this place for a medical if you value your sanity. Firstly the postcode is a dot on the A120, second, Stansted Business Hub doesn’t exist, it’s actually called Weston Business Hub and third, if you search for Medigold Health the satnav will take you to a business centre in Stansted airport! The receptionist in the 3rd location said they are always getting people asking for Medigold. I was due to be early, ended up being 15 minutes late. Medigold are obviously aware of this confusion but don’t think it would be helpful to put it on any of their communication. Yes, I did try calling, twice but they don’t answer the phone. Shambles of a company.

Excellent Service

Today I went for my Medicals at Medigold health. I received excellent service from the centre. From receptionist to my Clinician is a very kind person and helpful. The centre is very stress free environment. Even Doctor gave the directions to nearest post office. Doctor gave me very useful advises about my job related things. I recommend 100%. Thank you Medigold😊

Avoid at all costs. Rude, unprofessional staff, total shambles.

My appointment was moved three times. On the fourth occasion I arrived at the clinic to be told I did not have an appointment. I gave the appointment letter to the receptionist and said I had come a long way, she replied" I am sure you have" but would not assist in any way. She said my employer had probably cancelled the appt. I assured her this was not the case as I had spoken to them about he appt the day before. No apology, no offer of another appt just total indifference. She asked to take a copy of my appt letter, I explained as they had sent it to me they must already have a copy. She went to a small room behind her to copy the letter and I heard her say to a colleague "another over booking". She handed me back the letter without a goodbye or any other acknowledgment.

Choose Harrow clinic NOT the city of London branch ( Leadenhall )

I had a great experience at this clinic, more than their city of london branch! The clinician is really great, also the receptionist! Very professional! I also like the setting of the facility. It's not as noisy and no one rushes you like the Medigold's city of London branch. Overall, I like this place, prefer it more than the city of London one. Not sure why is this place get a bad review. The city of london branch truely deserves a bad review though. They got my second appointment wrong and said I don't exist in their system. Also the first appointment was so rushed and the clinician was so RUDE!!! She was keep complaining how she wasn't able to get her lunch.... What is that have to do with me?! Also their receptionist!!! The first one almost made me go back home, and falsly said my appointment was supposed to be around afternoon not morning, then he admit I was right and he was wrong. The second receptionist seems a bit clueless. Honestly, I was so glad I was booked with the Harrow clinic for my third try!!! Both clinician and receptionist are lovely!!!
