On two occasions male "customer service" advisors gave me incorrect information. One instance caused Occupational Health to have incorrect information and therefore were not able to contact me when my appointment was due. Jeopardising the start date for my new job. On another occasion, a customer service advisor did not introduce themself, was incredibly rude and refused to assist with what I was asking. I had been directed by my employer to contact them so did exactly that. There were no efforts to look into my query, just repeating "employer referrals only, not employee referrals". This is how you start an argument. I hung up before things escalated, but if your employer uses medigold, i wish you well, worst Occupational health assessment company I've encountered within 8 years of working within healthcare.
