Medigold Health

Not reliable at all. My company constantly causing me harm and discrimination. I end up on psychotherapy and I asked support from them. The support was this company (medigold). The lady spoke with me disrespectfully, like she is not believing what I was saying. She acted like she don’t have time for me and when I asked them to don’t share my struggle with certain people specially who caused this with my mental health,they refused it and they contacted them. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Not helping at all. Cause more harm than help.

Very poor. I had the misfortune of my new emloyers using Medigold for a medical screening. It took them 2 months to issue me an appointment, of which the job I was offered itself was seasonal so I have now missed out on precious hours as we approach the colder seasons. They never call you back when you say they will.

Awful, incompetent and disorganised. Had the misfortune of a potential employer using them to provide occupational health services for them and Medigold managed to lose/‘not receive’ my documents even though it’s all completed and uploaded on their own website. This will now go down the route of investigation into breach of confidentiality/GDPR data breach. One thing I have realised, anything with ‘gold’ in their company name, while nothing to do with precious metals, is usually a sign for mediocrity at best and awful at its worst.

Absolutely shocking company, we are a sizable client of theirs and trying to get a response from them is almost impossible, I have called at least five times and at one point was promised a return call which never happened, I have emailed, no response, I have filled in their online inquiry form, no response, I will be recommending to my company that we take our business elsewhere

Twice aborted appointments and expected payment. Using shoddy phones to communicate and when that fails mid consultation, they want to reschedule and charge you for the experience. Not a company I would want to work for or ever use again. Hope they fold!
