The arm button is very bad. It slides up and down on arm and often accidently goes off with movement of arm.
You can’t get through on the phone. You put people on hold and don’t tell how many people are ahead of you or how long the wait is. The pendant is awful. It keeps slipping and gets longer on its own and the black cord is disgustingly ugly. Your company has changed for the worse since you bought it from Philips. They were terrific. I don’t recommend it anymore. I recommended it when Philips owned it.

I fell in my bedroom. Medical Alert had help arriving within 7 minutes. Saved me and my day.
Pendant was not reliable, went through 3 and they charged a monthly fee. When I returned the unit it said to reach out in 14 days for refund. In the mean time they charged the credit card for the yearly fee. When I called they said it would take 30 days for the refund to show up.

this services has worked for our family very well. several times my mom has fallen and the medical alert was sent to me and the fire dept very fast.
The system worked as I expected. I had to travel out-of-state and I was afraid to leave my father alone. He did indeed have an event while I was on the road and Medical Alert saved his life.
Everything went as it was supposed to work. Push the button, notice to family that button was pushed, call to person who pushed the button, no answer, first responders sent to home. Family notified first responders were sent, First responders used key lock and opened door with key. Proceeded with their protocol. Worked just as we were told.

the 2 operators were just perfect... they made me feel less afraid and explained everything to me... i had to push the button several times and was to hold....it took about a minute for someone to t talk to me....

I recently fell in my driveway and ultimately broke my hip. I pushed the button and was able to speak to someone and an ambulance was dispatched. My daughter was called and I was already enroute to the hospital and she was able to meet me there.
