What I dislike is the fact that you charged me $10 a month via my credit card for “protection” when I did not ask for it nor consent to being charged for it !

When I was feeling pains in my chest, I thought I'd better get checked out at the hospital. I used my button to call Medical Alert and they sent the ambulance (and fire department) who were very helpful and got me to the hospital immediately. All tests proved nothing wrong with my heart.

You have always been there for me right away after a call. You Always contact my daughter (she likes that). You Always call and check on me after situation is resolved. to make sure I'm OK. BUT GOT CALL ABOUT DEAD BATTERY MONTHS AGO- Couldn't get response when called number. I don't know if it was battery in pendant or backup in base. I don't wear pendant at home, which is always, and my husband is always w/ me. He is the one the who always pushs button on the base when I've fallen. NOW, WHICH BATTERY IS DEAD AND HOW DO I REPLACE IT. AND WHAT IS THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT YOU.
Thank God I have been well, accidentally alarm goes off and your staff is really nice and very efficient
Only had to use it once, however knowing it worked gave me a piece of mind.
