Stuart was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns for my mother-in-law.
I have used the service by accident and purposefully several tines and I am completely satisfied. It gives me confidence living alone. EMS may take a few minutes depending on traffic, but the service did its job. I would like a better latch on the wrist button. It will fall off. Luckily I have found it each time.
They were fast to get the ambulances and notified my son,
I have always gotten help right away when I needed it. Medical Alert is the best thing to have. They have done an excellent job!

The hanging unit is a bit big. I wear it all the time but when i am just sitting and not moving, it goes off saying we detected a fall. It goes off at least 7 times a day even though i haven't fallen But if i actually fell, it would be a great idea.
The device is very sensitive I can cancel the call if I hit it by mistake. It is reassuring to me to know it is always there if I need assistance.
The response time is great. The responders are concerned, very effecient, and friendly. The only concern I have is that there is no long-term battery available. When you have to charge the medical alert every few days, there are a lot of times you don't have the medical alert on your body, or you forget that you have it on the chatger.

I lost power with the system prior to the GPS one and didn't leave my chair in case I had a fall. I feel safer knowing I won't have that happen again.
The device goes off when nothing is happening & several times in the middle of the night & just the other day my dad fell & it did not go off. Fortunately he was fine.

The young gentleman that helped us was great and he was very knowledgeable in doing his job and was very kind and considerate.
They had the Emergency Department here fast and they took over and got me to the hospital as fast as they as they could.
