From start to finish it was a quick easy process. Sent my mobile via recorded delivery & received payment same day Mazuma received it. Will happily use Mazuma again.

Absolutely poor service. Was quoted £110 securely packaged the phone in bubble rapped envelope then to receive a reduced quote of them for £35 is rediculous! All because there was apparently a deep scratch in the screen! I have previously bought phone of these direct for over £200 which came with a scratch which you could feel. Just shows how much money this company is making. Would never buy or sell to these again!!

AVOID. Edit - you can see here that Mazuma have said they will look into it. This is just to look good on social media. They already said I could send the phone back but it will likely be the same poor offer of £12. What's the point? AVOID. Offered £80 for a mobile that was in near perfect condition. They received it and offered a pathetic £12 as claimed it had a scratched screen and casing. It absolutely didn't. The screen was totally flawless. Do not use Mazuma. I challenged it and they looked at it again and offered an insulting £15. This phone is still selling for £90+. So I had it returned MINUS the box and charging lead.

Extremely dishonest company that should be investigated. Please read other reviews, there seems to be a pattern going on. My initial offer wasn’t kept, instead they offered £35 for “deep scratches”!!!! I took photos and videos of the device just before boxing which are time stamped and there are no deep scratches on the screen. I contacted Mazuma immediately and was then offered £55 later that day from the retention team. I declined as quite frankly it’s insulting. I sent the device in its original box to ensure it’s safe arrival but included a note to say please return in its original box of the offer isn’t followed through. I also had a conversation with CS regarding this and sent 6 emails over 6 days that have all been ignored. The device has landed back (I’m yet to check it) without its box or wire making it impossible for me to sell it on. This company know exactly what they are doing. Extremely dishonest and they need investigating. If they don’t locate and return my original box and wire I will be reporting the company for complete dishonesty. I spoke to customer service who said they would try and locate the box. Heard nothing since. Had 6 emails ignored also. Edit- it gets a lot worse. Not only have they binned the original box and unused wire, I have opened the phone up to find so many scratches on the front that wasn’t there before. I took photos before sending so have proof. This is actually deeply worrying, a company can’t continue to operate like this. Intend to take it further.
