I decided to try Mazuma after having a really terrible experience on Facebook Marketplace and I am well and truly pleased with the service. I sold my iPad to them. Got the quote. DPD came to collect. They received the device the next day and I was paid the exact quoted amount at around 5:45pm. Granted I would have got more had I sold it privately but this just takes all the hassle out of it. For everyone else complaining and saying itβs a scam, itβs not. You just need to be honest about the condition of your device to begin with.. will certainly use again!

Better value than companies on price comparison sites
Had a really smooth experience with mazuma. They offered me the max value for my old phone, which Iβm glad of because I did really look after it. Very pleased with the price I received. This is my second time using mazuma. Last time they did come back to me to reduce the price, which I did not agree with. However the difference was not huge and the communication was good. I would recommend mazuma over similar companies who offer less money for the same quality of phone.
