I was given a quote for my phone which was in perfect condition. On receipt of the phone, they emailed to say that, on assessment, it had screen burn and scratches. This is not true and I had taken photos of my device before sending to prove this. They offered me Β£2.50, needless to say I did not accept this and have asked them to return the phone!
