I should have known better as the priceβ¦
I should have known better as the price you are offered is nowhere near what they actually want to pay out. Was offered Β£440 but when phone was checked it had some scratches to screen and apparently chips at the top and bottom which I was surprised at as it had been in a case since a day old - was then offered Β£150! When I called to query this was told this was only their first offer! I didnβt know Iβd have to barter! Anyway long story short - asked for phone back which has now been sold privately and upon checking the chips that were apparently on it top and bottom - these rubbed off - were only some grubby marks. Would definitely not recommend. Do yourself a favour and avoid! Total waste of time and money as paid the extra to cover the value of item special delivery Β£10 wasted.

Used to be a great company- now theyβ¦
Used to be a great company- now they offer an inflated price they never plan to pay. I sent in my phone which was in exceptional condition. I then had my offer lowered from Β£310 to Β£110 due to βdust in the lens. They then offered me Β£155 and then Β£185 when I pushed back- obviously showing they were trying to lowball in the first place. They sent pictures of these specks that apparently show when taking pictures of white surfaces- I have tons of photos of white surfaces taken before sending it in and none of these spots showed then. So basically Iβm left having to accept a lower price for a phone that might have gotten tampered with or could get damaged in returning it. Honestly there are enough companies out there buying used phones- steer clear of this one. It might have been reputable at one point but they are obviously now just trying to rinse you for anything they can.
