Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Amazing service
Good afternoon, I just wanted to say thank you for sending us as dedicated person as, Afina Shalos. She showed genuine interest in learning details about our property so she could answer the buyers' questions. She keeps us well-informed about any updates. In my line of work, I come across many real estate agents from different companies. I must say, many of them should learn from Afina how to represent the company well and show the property in the best way possible. Again, thank you very much.

Arzu was so helpful and clear with us. As first time buyers, she guided us through the process and kept it from getting too stressful. Arzu was honest, calm and always positive even when there were issues. We are very appreciative of all of her hard work.

Wai Lee
We’re lucky to have Wai Lee as our Block Manager. Since Mr Lee on board, we have seen improvement around our property from landscape clean-up to removal of previous block management’s name plate and flyers. Mr Lee takes time to visit property for an on-site inspection from the building itself to the details such as the utility room’s door lock in order to identify areas that need immediate attention. Mr Lee responds to feedbacks promptly; he then analyses the situation and takes necessary actions accordingly. Thank you Wai Lee for all your hard work.
