Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He β€œgenerously” β€” that’s sarcasm β€” offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

I can't say enough about Thomas Syms…

I can't say enough about Thomas Syms sales manager at the Tooting branch. His drive,passion and enthusiasm selling my house was amazing throughout the whole process I cannot thank him enough and wholeheartedly recommend him and this company.

New very happy customer.

I have been using Marsh & Parsons for a few months. They found a tenant who moved into my flat within two weeks of our first meeting. Syeda specifically has worked very hard ensure to the flat has all the correct certification and is kept up to scratch for my tenant. I am very happy with my choice of management company. Thank you Syeda for your hard work.

Fast and responsible response rate with personalized approach

Marsh and Parson's company has overall a very good response rate. However their new employee/ property manager Ms. Stanislava​​​​ Sebest has been the BEST! It is the first time that somebody responded so fast to my request and understood exactly the details and the circumstances, which enabled a fast solution too. I was worried that my flat will stay without heating for a week or even longer, but Stanislava coordinated this within 1 day! Not only that, but she was able to circulate the necessary information and feedback after the problem got resolved. Me and my flatmate are extremely happy with her services and we feel also more safe during urgent matters, when we can see that there is such a swift and responsible response.
