Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He β€œgenerously” β€” that’s sarcasm β€” offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

Long Term Letting and Management

We let our Flat on a long term basis with Marsh and Parsons. The letting process was easy, our questions were answered promptly and we felt like the advice we were given was very beneficial. We also use their management service as we are not based in London, they have dealt with all problems swiftly and professionally. You are given a single contact point (in our case Ellie H) who has always been quick to reply and take over any issues, making the whole process very hassle free. Would recommend M&P to anyone looking to let a property in London.

Excellent management service

I own two flats in West London and have always used Marsh & Parsons to rent them out for me and found the service to be excellent. However, after many years of dealing with the day to day tenants issues myself I decided to also engage Marsh & Parsons to take over the management. It has been the best decision. Phoebe now looks after both properties and is excellent in all ways. My emails are always dealt with immediately and the prompt communication between her and the tenants means any issues can be dealt with smoothly. I'm very pleased with the fantastic service she gives and would happily recommend.
