Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a…

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He β€œgenerously” β€” that’s sarcasm β€” offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

Abdullah has been very responsive despite all the issues I had. He has given me a lot of advice. He was also very quick to answer the issues. Only issue is that I had a very good contact with Abdullah and he was promoted to another area so he is not dealing with me anymore.

Decent agency; Emmanuel Parker showed us flats that met our requirements and was responsive throughout.

They were keen to show us the flat virtually, sent all the details promptly and did not try to rush us into making a decision. Although it is still early in our collaboration with them, we have no complaints so far. I hope it stays a positive interaction. We have been dealing with Emmanuel Parker, who has been of great help. He shows genuine interest in customers' needs and is easy to communicate with.

Our property in Battersea has been managed by Marsh & Parsons over a year and our property manager is Abdullah Leghari. I'm pleased to provide feedback about our property manager, Abdullah. He has consistently demonstrated dedication to his work and has shown great efficiency in promptly resolving issues. His commitment to maintaining our property is commendable and greatly appreciated.

Awful and try to steal your money

Always try to find some extra costs so we have to fight for everything. The property managers don't keep records of previous works/things that have been deducted from the rent, so if one leaves you have to justify everything again.. then obviously they try to screw you on your deposit as well.

A professional letting agent in South Kensington

We've been using M&P to let out a flat in South Kensington for nearly ten years. Apart from a bump in the road with tenancy management a few years ago (those involved have long since moved on) we have been pleased with the team's professionalism and effectiveness, especially when we once got into dispute with a tricky tenant who was in breach of contract.
