Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He “generously” — that’s sarcasm — offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

Excellent communication and build good relationships

M&P have always demonstrated excellent communication and as a landlord have been with them for many years. Most recently, Jordann has been particularly efficient and listened to my wishes and wants, suggesting an appropriate way forward and taking prompt and agreed action. This is fundamental when maintaining positive relationships between tenant and landlord, especially if there is a small hiccup along the way, which inevitably there will be!

Brilliant Client Service

I've been renting out a single property for some time but I'm not a professional landlord. Recently I needed help working through the finances. Aklima (my Client Accountant) patiently walked me through everything and then generated all the documents I needed, on the spot. Everything was understood and in my inbox in a couple of minutes. What could have taken hours took a 2-minute call. Could not be happier!!!

Phoebe and the letting team.

Phoebe and the other members of the Marsh & Parsons letting team, have been a superb asset and help over the last 10+ years. Through out this period they have kept a watchful eye over my property and looked after my tenants and myself with a cheerful demeanour. When maintenance issues arose, as invariably they do, they promptly attended the property carried out the works required without fuss. Marsh & Parson also ensured that I had high calibre and long standing tenants (to be honest over the many years of using M&Ps services I only actually had two different tenants - a period of around 20+ years). Can highly recommend M&P
