Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He “generously” — that’s sarcasm — offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

Proactive and helpful!

Worked with Harry at their Tooting branch in the sale of our property. He was extremely helpful, proactive and understanding and ultimately helped us sell our property and get it all over the line ahead of Christmas. Would highly recommend working with Marsh & Parsons to anyone looking for an estate agents.

Great Customer Service

Special mention to Phoebe Negueroles - she is very quick to deal with any queries and questions we may have, and puts us as tenants at ease - which is all we could really ask for. Here we go again

Here we go again. M&P continues to solicit a block of flats for sales when every flat is owned by one landlord. For 5 years I have responded to their letters explaining the same thing. It would be mildly amusing if it weren’t so easy to get this information and so wasteful to continue annoying the tenants.

Weronika Lajborek - In the absence of our tenancy manager Weronika dealt with my many queries calmly, swiftly and ultimately correctly. Unfortunately there had been an error in the apportionment of rent between tenancies however Weronika took the time to understand the situation, consult her accounting team and ultimately resolve the matter in a very short space of time. She also took the time to provide a full explanation via an email detailing the sums due back to myself from the tenancy crossover. I would rate my experience of dealing with Weronika very highly and I wish her well in her career.
