Phoebe and the other members of the Marsh & Parsons letting team, have been a superb asset and help over the last 10+ years. Through out this period they have kept a watchful eye over my property and looked after my tenants and myself with a cheerful demeanour. When maintenance issues arose, as invariably they do, they promptly attended the property carried out the works required without fuss. Marsh & Parson also ensured that I had high calibre and long standing tenants (to be honest over the many years of using M&Ps services I only actually had two different tenants - a period of around 20+ years).
