Excellent communication and build good relationships
M&P have always demonstrated excellent communication and as a landlord have been with them for many years. Most recently, Jordann has been particularly efficient and listened to my wishes and wants, suggesting an appropriate way forward and taking prompt and agreed action. This is fundamental when maintaining positive relationships between tenant and landlord, especially if there is a small hiccup along the way, which inevitably there will be!
