Broken Pure Scooter screen fixed whilst i waited!

Arranged to take my broken Pure escooter up on Wed 16th July due to the screen not staying on, the guys were brilliant, they did a diagnosis and they discovered it was actually a new screen which was needed. Took them an hour whilst i waited. I had explained that i was needing it for the weekend and had drove from Nottingham to Leeds. Would defo recommend and use them again. thank you so much!!

When you come across great operational AND customer service

When I contacted them by phone, started to describe the issue with my Grandson's E Scooter ... within seconds the person completed what the issue was! Clearly, therefore, they'd experienced this issue so this gave me great confidence that they were what they said they were as opposed to a more general electronics repair business. I asked if I could bring it to their unit straight away, they were very pleased for me to do that. So within 30 minutes I was there, the issue was confirmed, I was given a solution and it's price and told it would take about 45 minutes. Despite them clearly being busy, they said they would do it whilst I waited; in the event, it was fixed and working in about 30 minutes. Their Unit is a little difficult to locate but when I rang, they told me if I had any difficulties, to just call them. As it turned out, I was actually about 500 metres away but they walked that distance so I could see him! Great customer-centric philosophy. In conclusion ... great operational capability combined with great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Man Firth without hesitation and I wish them well for the future.

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired…

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired with Manfirth after I had left it almost 3 weeks with another company, who had not sourced the problem/fault. As a business owner myself it’s paramount to keep your customer updated by answering calls and texts. All of which Manfirth did. E-scooter repaired in less than 2 days. Very impressed.

Really pleased

Really pleased, staff were great and we enjoyed our test ride so we could see what we really wanted before we bought! (I was a little sceptical and nervous riding at first but this really put me at ease!) Got for my partner but I love it, need one myself!

Hi there the owner is a lovely guy very friendly and plate always keeping me in Contact with my Scooter and always kept me updated on what he was doing over all I am very happy with the work what has been done off this guy 10 out of 10 I would 100% recommend these to who ever was looking for the scooter Repaired or even looking to buy a new good scooter they have some brilliant varieties. I am even looking into buying a brand-new one myself 👍

Whatever you do don't get a puncture on…

Whatever you do don't get a puncture on the Kugoo. The tyre is almost impossible to get off and putting it back on without puncturing the inner tube requires specialist equipment. I took it to KwikFit and they were unable to change it. Looks like I will have to send it back to the Manfirth who said they would have to charge labour. Not good.

The reason for the 3 stars was I was expecting keys and a voltage metre lights on it without having to pay over £100 to have new ones fitted when they only cost £14.99 to buy and also this has been fitted Kugoo G Booster brand new took out the box to try not even done 1 mile comes with box and charger capable of 35mph lovely scooter 2 year warranty £950 ono with a smaller battery so I wont get many miles for a full charge I purchased same scooter October last year with lights keys £930 now you see my point
