Broken Pure Scooter screen fixed whilst i waited!

Arranged to take my broken Pure escooter up on Wed 16th July due to the screen not staying on, the guys were brilliant, they did a diagnosis and they discovered it was actually a new screen which was needed. Took them an hour whilst i waited. I had explained that i was needing it for the weekend and had drove from Nottingham to Leeds. Would defo recommend and use them again. thank you so much!!

When you come across great operational AND customer service

When I contacted them by phone, started to describe the issue with my Grandson's E Scooter ... within seconds the person completed what the issue was! Clearly, therefore, they'd experienced this issue so this gave me great confidence that they were what they said they were as opposed to a more general electronics repair business. I asked if I could bring it to their unit straight away, they were very pleased for me to do that. So within 30 minutes I was there, the issue was confirmed, I was given a solution and it's price and told it would take about 45 minutes. Despite them clearly being busy, they said they would do it whilst I waited; in the event, it was fixed and working in about 30 minutes. Their Unit is a little difficult to locate but when I rang, they told me if I had any difficulties, to just call them. As it turned out, I was actually about 500 metres away but they walked that distance so I could see him! Great customer-centric philosophy. In conclusion ... great operational capability combined with great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Man Firth without hesitation and I wish them well for the future.

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired…

I took my e-scooter in to be repaired with Manfirth after I had left it almost 3 weeks with another company, who had not sourced the problem/fault. As a business owner myself it’s paramount to keep your customer updated by answering calls and texts. All of which Manfirth did. E-scooter repaired in less than 2 days. Very impressed.

Brilliant customer service

I had an issue with the throttle on my scooter and was worried about getting it sorted but I needn’t have been. Manfirth were brilliant in getting it resolved and it was so easy to communicate with them! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Wow I got my T4 max scooter and it was…

Wow I got my T4 max scooter and it was better than I imagined it . I wanted a fast scooter and the t4 knocked it out the park with 34mph and it looks amazing a real head turning scooter. My advice for anyone buying a scooter is email first and find out if in stock and you will be happy. Manfirth went out there way to answer every question and went further than needed. I'm so happy with my product and will definitely buy again from manfirth. 10 star company with 10 star workers and 10 star products. Thanks again steve k Essex

Bought the Ninebot Max G30

Bought the Ninebot Max G30. Both this scooter and Manfirth were recommended by a close friend who also bought the same scooter. Very pleased with the scooter and Lucy from Manfirth was outstanding in the pre purchase communication. Lucy couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient, and for this reason, I chose to buy my scooter from Manfirth rather than another company. Scooter arrived promptly and securely packaged. Full marks all round for the Ninebot Max G30, Lucy and Manfirth. I’ve since recommended all three to other people who have asked me about my scooter and where I got it.

Fast, reliable and reassuring service!

I purchased a Ninebot Max G30P 2nd Gen Motor from these guys at a really good sale price. They even ensured the eScooter was delivered on my day off work! Fast, reliable and reassuring service from start to finish! Personal touch of direct contact via iMessage from Will meant I was able to ask questions and received a personal, helpful, friendly and speedy response! My eScooter arrived in immaculate condition (as one would expect when buying brand new) on the late morning, giving me time to assemble it and ensure it was setup properly ready for its maiden ride! Much to my surprise, it came with a really good numbered cable lock and mount! A really thoughtful and nice touch, saving me a few quid buying one myself to secure my precious commuter scooter! The eScooter was every bit as I imagined from the many excellent reviews I have seen on YouTube and forum sites! A phenomenally good machine with a fantastic battery, motor, power and range to haul my 15.5 stone lump with ease! Very little deceleration up hill too! And wow, just wow how this thing can fly in Sport mode! Superb handling and the tubeless tyres give you that added comfort of a very reduced chance of getting a flat! I am over the moon with my purchase and can’t wait to get back on it, put its claimed range to the test! I highly recommend ManFirth Electrics for your next eRide!! :D
