Ordered a sim card and a prepaid plan. Upon completed payment the site returned a page with "Internal Server Error". The transaction was successfully completed (confirmed on my credit card statement), but no confirmation email or any other information was given. Customer support is very much unavailable, hiding behind a prerecorded message claiming "longer times than usual". This message is on regardless on time of day. So, when is "usual"? The LIA chatbot is hopelessly unhelpful and useless.

I signed up with them as they promised free roaming service for calls texts and data but my sim simply does not work outside Sweden and when I called about it they said I had to pay extra for roaming even though they promised it for free and then hung up on me.

Special Thanks to Jenett the customer service when I had to switch from E-sim to Physical sim and she was very nice very helpful and very friendly. The coverage when on the go might not be the great experience I had but when you are at one place the mobile internet speed is very fast plus most of packages that Lyca has including free minutes call that allow me to call back to Thailand without additional costs than what I have paid for the package I am using. I understand what the Service providers can not control is the speeds and coverage but when the problems occurred they are there to help you fix it that's what is important to me as well. So keep up the good work and good packages promotional Lyka . Bhuwaryne.
I never received an invoice for the previous month. I need the invoice to give to my accountant. I have never been this helpless in my life. The app and website are completely user unfriendly.

I’ve been a loyal Lycamobile customer for three years, but after today’s experience, I’m done. I called on February 7th around 9 a.m. to register my name on a new SIM card—something that should have been simple. Instead, I was met with rude, inattentive, and completely unhelpful agents. The first agent (Sandra) ignored what I was saying, asked irrelevant questions, and seemed completely unfocused. There was background noise, and she clearly wasn’t paying attention. And was trying so much to end the call even though the problem was not resoloved. When I called back, (and waited so long for my call to be answered) finally she answers again the same agent Sandra and guess what?! I got the same careless treatment—vague instructions that did nothing to fix the issue. On my third attempt, another agent repeatedly interrupted me and gave useless advice like “refresh the page” when I had already done so multiple times. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. No one should have to go through a two-hour ordeal just to complete a basic request. Since Lycamobile’s customer support is unreliable, I’m switching to another provider immediately. If you value your time and expect decent customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Did tried swap sim by myself following steps from the website, but I was blocked by an issue on my iPhone. I started to chat CS and connected to agent Lina, she understand well what my issue was. She helped and guided me for the latter steps until the sim swapped automatically on my iPhone. I was worried about the reliability of cellular company support, thought it would consume time and patience of mine, but that's not the case with what I experienced with Lyca. Tack så mycket, Lina.
The worse mobile network in sweden avoid at all cost don't fall for there crap I'm a prepaid customer and I used to buy recharge automatic online and I see that they tried to take money from my account several times that I don't even have abonnemang with them and I decided to buy 199 recharge 3 days ago and it went successful because they have tried several times to take my money and I did not approve the block my sim card that I can not make a simple mean while I have recharge my prepaid 3 days what the hell is this, I call there customer care one rude guy tell me I should email there customer care it passed 36 hours before customer care response that because they tried to take money from my account several times to no avail so they decided to blocked it when I'm ordinary prepaid customer now they asked me to send photos of my bank card and I'd card what the ech who does that they are criminals sitting behind lycamobile it a scam avoid them. Jag har haft i 1 år abonemang paket hos Lyca, efter ett tag började strul med internet sedan började ett antal telefonnummer strula med kan inte ringa, fast jag har en ny samsung telefon knappt 1 år, plus jätte bra täckning, skaffade ett annat abonnemang hos en annan operatör och samma telefonnummer som jag kan inte ringa från Lyca gick och ringa från den andra operatör. Sedan började samtal avbrytas under samtal flera gånger plus deras kundtjänst, ringt och meddelat detta flera gånger och dem säger att problemet är löst fast samma problem Jag har djupt ångrat mig under mina 12 månader att ha Lyca som operatör Jag varnar er ni som funderar att ha abonnemang hos Lyca, visst dem är billiga men till pris att du kommer inte kunna ringa samtal och internet strul. Stämmer inte alls vad dem säger att dålig täckning osv Dem skyller på Telenor nätverk osv..
