Terrible Customer Service – Switching to Another Provider!
I’ve been a loyal Lycamobile customer for three years, but after today’s experience, I’m done. I called on February 7th around 9 a.m. to register my name on a new SIM card—something that should have been simple. Instead, I was met with rude, inattentive, and completely unhelpful agents. The first agent (Sandra) ignored what I was saying, asked irrelevant questions, and seemed completely unfocused. There was background noise, and she clearly wasn’t paying attention. And was trying so much to end the call even though the problem was not resoloved. When I called back, (and waited so long for my call to be answered) finally she answers again the same agent Sandra and guess what?! I got the same careless treatment—vague instructions that did nothing to fix the issue. On my third attempt, another agent repeatedly interrupted me and gave useless advice like “refresh the page” when I had already done so multiple times. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. No one should have to go through a two-hour ordeal just to complete a basic request. Since Lycamobile’s customer support is unreliable, I’m switching to another provider immediately. If you value your time and expect decent customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
