Broken webshop, and unavailable support

Ordered a sim card and a prepaid plan. Upon completed payment the site returned a page with "Internal Server Error". The transaction was successfully completed (confirmed on my credit card statement), but no confirmation email or any other information was given. Customer support is very much unavailable, hiding behind a prerecorded message claiming "longer times than usual". This message is on regardless on time of day. So, when is "usual"? The LIA chatbot is hopelessly unhelpful and useless.

Unreliable and deceptive

I signed up with them as they promised free roaming service for calls texts and data but my sim simply does not work outside Sweden and when I called about it they said I had to pay extra for roaming even though they promised it for free and then hung up on me.

Cheap crap!

- Text messages sent are seldom delivered to the recipient. - Often loses contact to the mobile network. - Callers often end up in voice mail immediately even though my phone is on and connected to the network.

Awful company

Awful company. Awful service. Update: On their website there is hardly any useful information. You cannot access your personal details easily or modify your settings. Top-up is way more complicated than necessary. Customer service is virtually non-existent. And to top this up, they report bad reviews on Trustpilot for having too little information in order to remove them. Well, here you are then and your more elaborate review. Although, I have been lucky enough to live without this company for almost 2 years now, and most of my memories have faded, but I still clearly remember what an awful experience it was, and I am not going to let them remove a review just because they don't like to hear the truth.

Sämsta operatören någonsin!

Efter att ha läst alla dåliga omdömen om Lycamobile här på trustpilot valde jag ändå att ge dom en chans pga ett billigt pris. Men men, är väldigt besviken. Jag valde att flytta över mitt nummer till Lycamobile från Halebop. Jag fick inget sms om när själva flytten skulle ske, utan efter 14dagar så slutade halebop fungera och då var det väl dags att byta sim kort osv. När jag väl fått igång Lycamobile så visade det sig att det alls inte är möjligt att få eller skicka MMS. Det bekräftades oxå när jag ringde kundservicen. Lycamobile har helt enkelt ingen MMS-tjänst. Upplevde kundservicen som väldigt dålig när man får vänta länge (30min) samt att operatören pratade väldigt dålig svenska. Hon var dock väldigt trevlig iaf :) Upptäckte oxå att alla inte fick mina SMS som jag skickat. Vissa fick medans andra alls inte fick dom. Så ungefär hälften av alla SMS jag skickade kom aldrig fram. Jag fick dock alla SMS som skickades till mig. Samtalskvaliten på Lycamobiles nät var oxå väldigt dålig då det kunde dröja 2-3 sekunder innan mina ord kom fram, så det var väldigt jobbigt att föra ett samtal då andra personen började prata innan mina ord kom fram. Väldigt mycket brus i samtalet oxå. Efter 2 veckor så gick Lycamobile in i telias nät hela tiden dvs jag var väl i någon slags roaming då "R" var markerat på skärmen och det stod "Telia (Lycamobile). Lycamobile ska ju använda sig av Telenors nät. Märkte oxå att samtalen till utlandet alls inte var så billiga som dom borde vara. Efter totalt 4 veckor så gav jag upp och har nu flyttat mitt nummer till annan operatör. Nu funkar allt bra igen :)
