30Gb gone in 2 hours?????

I purchased a 60Gb bundle for 30 Day, £15. 2 hours later it was gone! How’s that even possible, I was only watching Sky Go?

I'm unable to get the lyca mobile

I'm unable to get the lyca mobile. No. Tired both *132# and about phone in settings. Help desk was a non started as push 9 didn't work i would like my money for two sim card ordered, very disappointed. Wifi calling not active/working. Lyca website says it should be available. I want my money back, I'm very unhappy with the customer service, non existing is my opinion.

Worst customer support

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, constantly transferring me to post pay to be placed in another queue to be answered by another department who then transfer me to post pay, no option to contact them directly. So frustrating, I haven’t even received my SIM card yet but when I do I will be cancelling in cooling off period, abysmal service ok sent additional info as requested at 1120hrs on 2nd of may, so we will see what your immediate response is like. Now 3rd on May, no response to this despite giving extra info, no response by emails to cancel from customer service, cancellation form non editable but managed to fill it in and scan it back in, complaint email address bounces emails back as non deliverable. Please be advised that I wish to cancel my Lyca contract within the 14 day cooling off period, I have emailed support without a response. My order number was ORD4D-CA80002515769 My name paul unwin I have no mobile number as you haven’t allocated one and the sim you sent doesn’t work, I will be posting this publicly on trust pilot so it is clear or my intention to cancel.
