Perfect signal on the back of beyond!
Perfect signal in a location notorious for a poor connection. Thank you! Xx
Lyca Mobile UK has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I purchased a 60Gb bundle for 30 Day, £15. 2 hours later it was gone! How’s that even possible, I was only watching Sky Go?
Good service I'm happy 😊
Ordered but never received package

Excellent communicator and kind manners
My SIM card was lost, but it wasn't a couriers fault. The costumer service replied to me and kindly offered to get a new SIM card or get a refund. I asked to send me another SIM card on 17.06. and received it next day. Very good service, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
John was very professional and patient. Even when I was tensed, he made me comfortable and re assured me
The company is using dirty tricks in providing its products. What disgusted me most is they actually sold you monthly deals when I definitely selected Pay as You Go or deals without showing ‘Monthly’, ‘12 months’, etc.
There's no facility to cancel the contract at the end of the term either from your online account, via chat, or in the mobile app - only by phoning the call centre. I'm currently on hold having been passed from agent to agent for around an hour - I believe I was sent to Belgium, then to an agent who didn't speak English. I just want to cancel my contract! I won't use Lyca again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.
The worst customer service experience. Moved from the UK to Australia, cancelled my £20pm plan which I had never ran into issues with while in the UK, and three months later I’m getting billed £85pm for a plan I’ve cancelled and a SIM I’ve deactivated. I have emailed Lyca twice, received a response no sooner than two days later and now haven’t received any response to those emails since… it’s been three months almost. I’m now receiving emails saying they will pass the payment onto a debt recovery company. They are absolute shysters. UPDATE: It's now July 20th, and I have sent five emails to Lycamobile and received two in reply. They have all the information required to cancel and it has not been. They've just charged me another £20 for the month. Their service is utterly farcical.
Ordered 2 sims and received them the next day on a Saturday as they were sent first class. Happy with the service.
