A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

Perfecte begeleiding door Lupain Properties bij een zeer lastige verkoop!
In volle vrijheid kregen wij van Geert en Victor een aanbod van een prachtig appartement voor een goeie prijs. Alles moest snel gaan omdat de verkoper binnen de maand definitief naar het buitenland zou vertrekken . Plots vielen er enkele lijken uit de kast, want er waren een grote hypotheek en nog een tamelijk klein embargo aan het appartement vastgekoppeld. Geert, Victor en Bernardo steunden ons ten volle omdat we zouden weigeren om ook maar één handtekening te plaatsen alvorens alle schulden van de eigendom waren verdwenen. Toen iets later aan het licht kwam dat er een door de bank doorverkocht "embargo" in het buitenland bij was, dat maar niet te verwijderen was wegens het niet kunnen bereiken van de juiste personen en juristen in het buitenland wegens allerlei omstandigheden, heeft Lupain alles op alles gezet om tegen de klok in, die schuld toch maar te kunnen vereffend krijgen. Zonder het drietal Geert-Victor-Bernardo waren wij hopeloos verloren, en mochten we nog menige keren op en af vliegen naar Tenerife voor onze aankoop. Alle administratie en papierwerk wordt nu nog verder probleemloos door Bernardo afgewerkt en dit zal nog wat tijd kosten, maar we hoeven ons geen zorgen te maken. Wij kregen de kans om in volle vrijheid iets te kopen en over alle problemen heen is dit gelukt. Nog een extra pluim voor Bernardo, want onze eerste lijdensweg voor dat beruchte "NIE-nummer" deed ons halfweg de voormiddag, ten einde raad en uitgeput, bij Lupain binnenstappen, en zonder dat wij al weet hadden van een mogelijke aankoop via Lupain, heeft Bernardo ons zomaar bijgestaan voor die Spaanse documenten die moesten worden ingevuld om ze dan weer bij de Nationale politie te kunnen binnendragen tegen een vooraf bepaald tijdstip. Ook bij de aankoop zelf, bij de notaris, voelden wij ons echt veilig met Bernardo aan onze zijde, die alles goed en wel in het oog had! Lupain Properties deed perfect werk voor ons, en is nog steeds bezig aan de afwerking! Naar onze mening mag iedereen blindelings op deze verkoopzaak in Los Cristianos vertrouwen, en er wordt uitermate professioneel gewerkt!! Tevens zullen wij er zelfs goeie vrienden aan overhouden! LupAin have been absolutely fantastic with all our buying and selling affairs in Tenerife. Most things was dealt with whilst we were at home in England. Any question we asked was answered prompt. Purchase of a townhouse in Callao…
Purchase of a townhouse in Callao Salvaje. Everything went smoothly from the offer until the notary. Lupain, especially Victor, Bernardo and Geert, did all what they could possibly do to deal with the paperwork. They also arranged the legals and transfers for water and electricity so that was a very great help. They are all very helpful and very kind. Thumbs up for the team from Lupain!
