I initially thought everything went well. However in later calls I realized I hadn't "bought" a medical alert device as you stated here. I was only renting one. I thought I was just paying for the service. I also thought that since I was paying and ordering the device for my mother, I could sign the agreements. Then I found out that she had to be the one to sign. She agreed to use the device, but she isn't wanting to sign paperwork or contracts/agreements. There is just WAY too much inconsistency and confusion about what your service is and how things work.
Informative,knowledgeable about products and my rep Sherry was very nice, courteous and empathetic. Overall pleasant experience during these trying times.

The gentleman I spoke with regarding the Life Station system was very well informed and completely knowledgable in his product. I was somewhat hesitant when I called and felt somewhat reassured after our conversation. The proof is in the pudding, have to wait for arrival of product.

No set up needed….Just take the watch out of box and put on…starts up, date/time correct….The wrist band could do with some tweaking…Wish I had the option of a stretchy band
