Very confusing
I initially thought everything went well. However in later calls I realized I hadn't "bought" a medical alert device as you stated here. I was only renting one. I thought I was just paying for the service. I also thought that since I was paying and ordering the device for my mother, I could sign the agreements. Then I found out that she had to be the one to sign. She agreed to use the device, but she isn't wanting to sign paperwork or contracts/agreements. There is just WAY too much inconsistency and confusion about what your service is and how things work.
