Just wait until your loved one (or yourself) goes on hospice or dies. It is a nightmare to try to get them to stop billing. they won't stop charging until you send it back. You can't send it back without a label (which I have been trying to get for months). The equipment is old, faded and worthless, but they won't stop billing and calling. The emotional distress now, is not worth the peace of mind before. Know a good lawyer?

I never received my alert system, however they charged my account. When I called to see what happen, I was switched to at least 20 different people. I had to give all my information to each one of them. HOWEVER, my problem is still not corrected. Not sure if I should be taking this alert system, if this is the way it's going to work.????????????

There product works really well. There billing department it horrible. I have my mom plan set up to pay automatically on the 28th of every month. My card is on file to debit each month with the proper money in my account and who is doing the payment gets it wrong most of the time because they are always calling about a past due bill that should not be because I am set up on a automatic draft. The people in billing can not get it right. They need to fix There billing department.

Very helpful and professional service in getting answers and reassurances. Agents were very patient, answering many questions a number of times just to be reassured. Every detail that I needed to have explained was provided. I was sold on the system within two calls with customer service. It's for my 92 year old mother, living alone so we wanted it to be perfect.
