Called twice to get answers to more questions. Not nice experience at all! Surely, unintelligent and argumentative. I want an invoice of what exactly I purchased INCLUDING THE BELLS AND WHISTLES ADDED ON BY SHERRY! I will not be signing anything until I get that!

The worst company don’t use them. I ordered for my mother and the unit kept going off. I called and the company advised me a different unit would be more suitable. I sent back the original and they resent me the same necklace she already had. I called again they apologized and sent they would send a return label and mail the correct unit. Now I’m returning a second unit. The new unit would be over nighted. A week later i call again they are waiting for the post office to pick up the unit and the unit is somewhere in the building they don't know where. Not sure why I was told they would overnight it. They don’t know how long it will take to locate it and send it out. I cancelled what a nightmare.
